Owners
Jon and Michelle Karmazyn bring more than 20 years of construction and property service experience to Revive Commercial Services. Jon founded Revive Power Washing in 2014 and built the company around dependable service, quality work, and strong customer relationships.
As the company grew, Jon and Michelle saw a clear need for commercial properties to have more than a one-time power washing vendor. That vision led to Revive Commercial Services — a commercial division focused on facility appearance programs, recurring exterior cleaning, curb appeal, and long-term property care.
Adam Deyo
Head of Operations
Adam Deyo brings nearly 20 years of logistics and operations experience to Revive Commercial Services. His background in planning, coordination, and team execution helps keep commercial projects organized, efficient, and on schedule.
Adam plays a key role in making sure crews are prepared, site details are handled properly, and each job is completed with the consistency commercial properties expect.
Douglas Sliss
Head of Commercial Services
Douglas Sliss brings 20 years of operations and sales experience to Revive Commercial Services, with a strong background in leading teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing service portfolios.
Doug helps commercial property managers, facility teams, and ownership groups build cleaner, more consistent exterior maintenance programs. His focus is on clear communication, practical solutions, and long-term partnerships that help properties protect curb appeal and stay professionally maintained year-round.
Rebekah Brooks
Scheduling & Billing
Rebekah Brooks brings 10 years of experience in human resources, business administration, and back-end operations to Revive Commercial Services.
She helps keep the client experience smooth, organized, and professional from the first call through final billing. Her attention to detail, communication, and behind-the-scenes coordination support the systems that keep Revive moving efficiently for commercial clients, property managers, and facility teams.
